The aim of counselling for depression is to help you explore any underlying feelings, make sense of them, and reflect on the new meanings that emerge.
You will be able to explore and make sense of the feelings underlying your depression, learn how to express these feelings, and develop new coping mechanisms to improve your well-being.
We offer this talking therapy across Kent and Medway. This can be in a group or individual face-to-face or online video call or using our typed text-based digital app, or via a webinar.
