Yes, this is a free and confidential service that is commissioned and funded by the NHS.
You can self-refer to our talking therapies service by calling, texting or filling out our online form. Or you can go to your GP or other health care provider and ask them to refer you directly to us.
We are unable to provide crisis support or therapeutic advice via email. If you need help for a mental health crisis or emergency, you should get immediate expert advice and assessment.
