Finding the right support for you

NHS Talking Therapies can help with many common mental health problems. It’s a good fit for people who are ready to take part in regular sessions and try things out between appointments. We may not be the right service if your main difficulty is related to housing or financial concerns, substance use, eating disorders, or more complex mental health needs.

If you are registered with a GP in Kent and Medway and are aged 17.5 or over, our team is here to help you navigate life’s challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space.
