Practical, solution-focused support for everyday worries and stress. Take control of your mental health with our new online courses and self-refer today.

Life can throw challenges at all of us. Whether you’re struggling with work pressures, relationship stresses, or you’re feeling overwhelmed with mounting responsibilities, these feelings don’t have to grow into bigger worries.

Our new online mental health courses are designed to help you develop coping strategies to build resilience and manage stress before it takes over.

Why choose our mental health courses?

  • Join from home:take part in online group sessions that fit around your schedule
  • Completely free: provided as NHS treatment, with no cost to you
  • Quick and accessible: easier to join than traditional one-to-one therapy
  • Practical tools: learn strategies you can start using straight away
  • Confidential and comfortable: participate in a way that feels right for you – whether that’s camera on or off.

How it works:

To access the courses, you’ll need to complete a self-referral form, you can do this online by clicking the self-refer button, or by giving us a ring. Once you’ve completed the self-referral, a member of our team will give you a call to understand your needs and recommend the best course for you. Once matched to a course, you’ll receive joining details such as the date and time options.

Every course provides practical tools to manage everyday stress and worries. You’ll learn how to break negative thought patterns, calm an overthinking mind, and build healthier habits that last.

Each course runs a series of online group sessions over 4-6 weeks, with one 90-minute session per week. All of them are delivered in a safe and confidential space. You can access the courses by self-referring to our NHS Talking Therapies service.

Each course is designed to address specific challenges and needs.
